Business Alignment Assessment

Deep dive into the business's policies and procedures to see how well they align with the mission/vision/values statements.

Our team filters the business's policies and procedures and categorizes how well they are aligned. We also interview employees to see how well the mission vision and value statements are integrated into the business.

This process takes approximately 40 hours of our time with minimal time restraints on the business. We expect you to do an introductory meeting, read and sign the cotnract, send the documents in a timely manner, and set up interview times. Lastly, we will meet and go over our findings.
